Clippers shock Mavericks in Game 1, without Kawhi Leonard.
To start, as a Clippers fan i thoght we stood no chance, especially without Kawhi Leonard. I was very happy to be proven wrong as the Clippers take game 1 with a 109-97 win over the Mavericks. The Clippers win was guided by 3 players, first is James Harden with 28 Points, 2 Rebounds, and 8 assist. Second Is Ivica Zubac with 20 Points, 15 Rebounds, and 1 Assisst. Lastly, Paul George contributed 22 Points, 6 Rebounds, 3 Assist. Terrence Mann and Russell Westbrook both contributed 13 Points. On the other side of the court Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving led the charge. Luka had 33 Points, 13 Rebounds, and 6 Assists. Kyrie Irving added 31 Points, 7 Rebounds, and 4 Assists. This game was an overall good game by both teams, the Clippers just won when It mattered most, I expect the next game in this series to be just as thrilling. It will truly be anyones game and anyones series, if the Clippers are lucky enough to have Kawhi Leonard return, they could take control of this series and come out victorious.
