VII BRAZILIAN SOCIETY FOR ANALYTIC PHILOSOPHY CONFERENCE

The Seventh Edition of the Brazilian Society for Analytic Philosophy (Sociedade Brasileira de Filosofia Analítica-SBFA) Conference will be hosted by the PUC-Rio on October 25-28, 2022, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. 

PUC-Rio is located in the southern part of the city in a neighbourhood called Gávea.

Accommodation

The SBFA Organizing Committee stroke a deal with Windsor Hotels (a network of hotels located in the southern part of the city of Rio de Janeiro) to accommodate the VII SBFA Conference participants. Whatever participant books a (single, double, or triple) room at one of the hotels listed below will be offered a special discount:

The Windsor Plaza will serve as reference point throughout the Conference.

We will get back to you soon with transportation information. But it is useful to know that getting to the PUC-Rio campus (where the Conference will be held) from any of these hotels is easy, using the metro or a car app.

2. Of course, the city of Rio de Janeiro has countless alternative options. If you choose not to stay at one of the hotels listed above, we recommend that you look for accommodation near Copacabana, Ipanema, or Leblon, as you can easily get from there to PUC-Rio.
