The Engage Survey closed on Sunday 22 March 2026.

The State Government is now reviewing all feedback and expecting to finalise and release plans for our area in mid-2026.

Before responding to the Engage Victoria Survey, Save Armadale encouraged our community to get informed about the City of Stonnington's Housing Strategy that already exists for this area of Armadale.

We want the Victorian Government to listen and make the necessary changes to its maps and final plans for Toorak and Armadale Stations.

Specific, informed feedback could make a real difference. Generic 'NO' responses will not. If you don't give your feedback, the assumption is you agree with what's being proposed.

1. Use the survey response template

When completing the survey, please use this template to guide you with specific answers to questions on building height limits, sunlight and catchment area boundaries.

Where you answer YES to certain questions in the survey, a text box will open up for you to type comments. This template provides you written responses that you can copy and paste in these comments sections.

It has been tailored for the heritage precinct next to Toorak Station. Responses can be modified for Armadale Station.
