CVA Works out of 2 different locations.

Their K-8 Program is located in Valley, Washington and the 9-12 program is located in Kettle Falls, Washington. The structure of the school looks a lot like the structure of a brick and mortar school just more scaled down.

Staff at CVA

The staff at CVA are very hands on. They are checking in weekly with their studnets to ensure they are on track and learning. They communicate with studnets and parents.

When I reached out to the administration of CVA, all members who I made contact with were more than happy to share their thoughts with me.

Principal Dave Vail, of the K-8 Valley School stated that staff are offered tons of professional development. CVA takes many of its staff to the "Digital Learning Annual Conference" every year. According to the DLAC website this conference "...celebrates online, blended, and digital learning practitioners and providers, and helps educators advance their schools, districts, and programs to their next attainable level" (Evergreen Education Group, 2020).
