Santiago’s data-informed, multi-tier, and multi-domain comprehensive school counseling program will provide equity, access, and opportunities for success for every student. Through proactive and developmental interventions and services, Santiago’s school counselors will promote academic success, social/emotional growth, and post-secondary awareness and exploration for every student. The school counseling program collaborates with all stakeholders to educate, advocate, and nurture the whole child as they prepare to enter an ever-changing global society.
Santiago students will demonstrate strong character, responsibility, respectfulness, and the readiness to assume their roles as independent, lifelong learners. Students’ unique knowledge, skills, abilities, and mindsets will empower them to be productive and inclusive members in our modern society.
