Empowering the Next Generation: Career Guidance Workshop at Maharshi Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Satara 💡

Satish Shende (DigitalShende) successfully conducted a highly interactive and insightful career guidance workshop for the enthusiastic students of Maharshi Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Satara. The session, held on 7/11/20025, focused on illuminating diverse career options in the rapidly evolving world of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for students from the 12th Arts, Commerce, Science, and B.Voc streams.

Over 100 dedicated students participated, gaining crucial perspective on how their respective academic streams connect with future-forward roles. Mr. Shende emphasized that the AI revolution is not limited to science or engineering, but is actively creating new, high-demand roles in fields such as:

• Creative AI: For Arts students (e.g., Prompt Engineering, Content Strategy, UX/UI Design).

• FinTech & AI Business: For Commerce students (e.g., Financial Data Analyst, AI Product Manager).

• Core AI & Research: For Science students (e.g., Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist).

A core message of the workshop was the critical need for students to upskill and enhance their professional competencies during their academic period. This includes developing foundational digital literacy, soft skills, and, where relevant, domain-specific coding or data analysis capabilities.
