Abstract.
This scientific work is intended to describe the method and practical application of the implementation for detection “weird” declaration. As input data were used information from the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine on public procurement (open information) for period from January 2017 to December 2017. The main goal was realization of the real case – when the declarant has blank sections of declarations. The work was performed in the SAS Enterprise Guide system using SAS Base, SAS Macro and SAS SQL.
