Provide presentations and trainings on a variety of mental health and wellness topics in person, synchronously and asynchronously to multiple stakeholders in the district including the Superintendent, Chief and Executive Leadership Team, School Building Leadership,, Mental Health Providers, ECE - 12th Educators, and District Staff
Support wellness and well-being universal implementation practices to a region of 16 schools ranging from preschool - post secondary
Conduct 1:1 consultations for individual adult and student support related to social-emotional learning, self-care, mental wellness and mindfulness
Develop, disseminate and analyze data from questionnaires and satisfaction surveys
Partner with community wellness organizations to provide no or lost-cost options for holistic activities both in person and through wellness platforms
Write for and support district communication via Weekly Mental Health and Counseling Newsletter, Weekly Regional Learning Community Director Newsletter, Weekly Wellness Tip of the Week, Bimonthly Superintendent Bulletin and Monthly Wellness Newsletter
Develop job alike and regional team structures for cooperative and collaborative practices such as the department handbook, department shared drive, quarterly meetings and weekly newsletters
Provide crisis support for students and educators due to specific incidents of school and community violence
Social Committee Chairperson in which we co-plan quarterly social events for the Mental Health and Counseling Department
Member of the School Psychology Leadership Team in which I support the creation and dissemination of needs assessments, facilitate focus groups and host professional development/training opportunities
