Some exercises will require dumbbells. All classes are over zoom and recordings will be available to you afterwards so you can keep them forever or do them in your own time.

Bootcamp In The Park is an outdoor fitness program focusing on strength, cardio and agility. Modifications and alternatives are all a part of the inclusivity and sustainability of the program. I have something for you no matter what level you're at. Fitness is for us all.
Bootcamp In The Park is an outdoor, interval circuit class, 60 minutes in length that takes place rain or shine. Warm up & cool down included. Cancelled classes due to major storms/emergencies are rescheduled and non-refundable.
Bootcamp In The Park requires suitable footwear, breathable clothing and water.

A small, exclusive group coaching program available for six aligned humans desiring to connect with their higher level self in a variety of ways. In this safe space, we explore ways to connect with self, with body, with others, with breath & with nature over the course of six powerful weeks. This is an in-person program and requires commitment from each participant as this is a true group venture. This program is for the person who wants to put themselves at the top of their list, create an unbreakable bond with themselves and create their own wellness practice.
