The Santiago Sanchez Foundation awards scholarships to high school juniors and seniors in Laredo who have participated in the Guajolote 10K Race at least twice. These scholarships fund attendance at Laredo College, creating a direct pathway from community fitness to higher education.
Eligibility Requirements High school junior or senior in the Laredo area
Must have participated in the Guajolote 10K Race at least twice
Must be enrolling at or currently attending Laredo College
Must demonstrate academic commitment and community involvement
