All San Andreas Highway Patrol troopers are sworn Law Enforcement Officers who have pledged an oath of office, and whose jurisdiction extends throughout the state of San Andreas. This jurisdiction includes Blaine County and Los Santos County. As a Law Enforcement officer troopers must be ready to at all time uphold and enforce laws and shall always be ready to protect life and prevent injuries on members of the public. They are expected to protect the peaceful from the violent, the harmless from the harmful and the innocent from the guilty. By breaking rules and guidelines troopers may be subject to administrative action.
Members of the San Andreas Highway Patrol will never let their personal life, personal feelings, friendships or preconceptions affect their duties and decisions within the SAHP. Abuse of power is not tolerated. As a member of the Law Enforcement Community they will be held to a higher standard. Troopers shall always be an example, regardless if you are on duty or not.
