The current commissioner (Daniel S.) has set up goals that shall be recognized and acknowledged by all troopers in the deparmantent. You shall always strive to achieve these goals in the situation you feel applies.

• All troopers in the department should always look for improvement and have will to improve

• The use of deadly force shall be minimized and all troopers shall use deadly force as a last resort to lower casualties

• Troopers shall never break Code of Ethics

• All troopers must be exemplitery and actively show a role model.

• All troopers familiarize themself with the 10-codes and use them.

Felix serves the role as Deputy Commissioner in the San Andreas Highway Patrol.
