The goal
The project goal is to generate €5,000 in monthly sales specifically through targeted Google Ads campaigns, leveraging precise marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and boost revenue.
Approach:
1. Performed a Google Ads audit, including historical data analysis and technical setup;
2. Analyzed previous campaigns to extract insights from past initiatives;
3. Analyzed competitors' strategies;
4. Developed a performance Google Ads strategy covering TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU;
5. Optimized Google Merchant Center for different markets;
6. Launched various campaign types, including Performance Max, Search, and Shopping Google Ads campaigns;
7. Completed in-depth analysis of search terms to maximize performance.
8. Completed analysis of top-performing and low-performing products to define scaling strategies.
Optimization:
1. My initial focus was on launching multiple campaigns in different languages to drive high-quality traffic.
2. I identified the top-performing countries by revenue and ROAS and adjusted budgets accordingly.
3. Constantly working on optimizing campaigns and searching for new keywords using advanced services;
4. I worked on identifying opportunities to enhance the website's conversion rate.
These actions led to a substantial increase in revenue, improved conversion rates and ROAS, and boosted campaign profitability, setting the stage for both vertical and horizontal scaling.
Results:
Achieved an increase in transactions, leading to a significant revenue boost (607 transactions, generating $39,570.52 with a 20.52 ROAS, a notable improvement from the prior 67 transactions and $4,380.73).
