Our venue is all on one level
The hall is wheelchair accessible, with an accessible washroom in the main hallway.
There is a large main room for martial activities, courts, and feast, a smaller room with excellent natural light for the Bardic Championship, classes, merchants, and an A&S tournament, and a generous Royal Room with a large conference table.
In addition to the washrooms in the main hallway, there are also washrooms near the classes / A&S room.
There is a lovely patio (wheelchair accessible through front door) for pick-ups weather permitting. There are benches and tables outside as well.
Ample parking lot, close to Bus Route 54 which is only a few minutes ride from the Dalhousie Train Station.
Please keep our cleaning time low by bringing indoor shoes if the weather is wet.

Three short parallel (ish) lines - stairs. There is a no-stair access to the patio going around from the entrance.

By bus

From the Dalhousie LRT station, catch Bus Route 54.

Although you can also take the Route 77, this will result in a walk up a lengthy hill, so is not recommended.

By car

Our venue has an ample parking lot. Please leave the spots closest to the front doors for our Royals, as well as those who have reduced mobility.

There is a roadway circle right in front of the doors. This is a no-parking zone, so please only use it for quick drop-offs and fast unloading.

We strongly encourage car-pooling! Please use our ____Facebook event___ or Montengarde Discord channels to arrange car-pooling.

Motel Village area

There is no official hotel for this event.

However, there are a number of hotels in the "Motel Village" area of Calgary that are close to the Banff Trail LRT station, and less than a 15 minute drive to the venue.
