FORMAL COURSES
The SIRAK Academy follows a 4 Strategies towards reaching a learning outcomes of the center guided with performance indicators. These strategies are; intensive lectures, pre and post evaluations, immersions and concept paper development or capstones.
INTENSIVE LECTURES

The intensive lecture will provide youth development workers, officials, advocates and volunteers, the updates on their statutory functions and organizational roles. Specific for the youth development council members and SK officials, courses will also provide them the concepts that would help them in bringing up concerns and issues among the youth and envision to resolving them. This will also prepare the Local Youth Development Officers in the conduct of mandatory trainings in their areas.
PRE AND POST EVALUATIONS

Through pre and posttests,
the training courses to be provided by the Provincial Youth Development Office shall follow a concrete and structured non-academic syllabus. To assess the knowledge on youth development concepts and evaluate the learning process of the cohort in the course, the instructors will administer same instrument pre-test and post-test.
IMMERSIONS

To complement the intensive lectures and evaluation through written tests, the facilitators will also provide timed deep dive to the communities for the cohort to personally view the real and day-to-day lives of the Samarnon youth. The immersion will also give emphasis on the actual roles of SK and LYDO to the issues and concerns of the young people.

Finally, to facilitate creative thinking towards sustainability, the course will also require a concept paper from the participants. The paper will allow autonomy for the youth development workers and officials to provide sustainable solutions for the social injustices among the youth. The concept papers will also become the basis for the Provincial Youth Development Office in conceptualization of new programs and advancement of the existing ones.
