About Me
My graduate work and research interests reside in developmental neuroscience, specifically understanding the structural anatomy of the brain in those with neurodevelopmental disorders.
I am originally from LA county, grew up in Riverside county, and spent the majority of my adulthood in San Diego. I am a recent transplant to Ventura County as of Fall 2021.
In my free time, I like to spend time with animals, rock climb, kayak, cook, read, and have even been known to play a video game or two. I look forward to getting to know you in my class!
First and foremost- welcome to my instructor page! Here you can learn a bit more about me and the courses that I teach. Whether this is your first introduction to psychology, a refresher course, or outside of your discipline, the field of psychology has much to offer to everyone.
I teach a variety of courses in the Psychology program at Oxnard College, including: General Psychology, Interpersonal Relations, Statistics for Behavioral Science, Research Methods, and Public Mental Health. You can click the links in the sidebar to learn a bit more about each course.
To the right you can see a structural MRI of my brain, and my eyeballs!
