Registration

Registration closes on April 20, 2026.

We kindly ask everyone who plans to attend the workshop to register (irrespective of whether you are a presenter or not or if you're affiliated with the University of Salzburg).

Registration fees: 

The registration fee will be paid in cash during on-site registration. There you will also receive a payment confirmation. If you are unable to pay in cash, please email us to arrange an alternative payment option. 

• Students (BA, MA, PhD): 65€

• Everyone else: 85€

• Free for members of the University of Salzburg (students and staff)

Mentoring session:

• There will be a one-to-one mentoring session during the lunch break on Saturday, May 23. Please indicate in the registration form whether you would like to participate (and if yes, as a mentor or mentee). Everyone is welcome, regardless of career stage. Mentoring conversations can cover everything, from academic advice to work–life balance. If you sign up as a mentee, please prepare in advance which topics you would like to discuss or questions you may have.
