Information for Presenters

Talks

• Talks are 30 minutes long, followed by a 10-minute discussion.

• To ensure everything runs smoothly, we will present the slides directly from the local PC.

• Please send us your slides by May 20 to salcos.workshop@gmail.com

• If you have handouts and would like us to print them, please email them to salcos.workshop@gmail.com by May 19.

Posters

• Poster boards are in portrait orientation, measuring 1.5 m × 1 m, and can accommodate all formats up to A0.

• Before the poster session, there will be lightning talks (5 minutes each).

• If you want to project slides during your lightning talk, please email them by May 20 to salcos.workshop@gmail.com

• The poster session is scheduled for Friday, May 22, from 16:00 to 17:45 (1UG, UNIPARK). Please set up your posters during the lunch or afternoon break beforehand.
