Salishan Sanitary District has implemented a System Development Charge (SDC) for all new connections to the sewer system effective May 31, 2026. This will affect existing undeveloped lots within the District who construct a new home in the future

This resolution establishes the current SDC charge of $4,515 plus the administrative charge of $95 for a total $4,610 effective May 31, 2026.
