Make sure the growth to buffer chamber valve is closed [Anticlockwise]
Vent load-lock with turbo pump
Use START/STOP button to turn off [Fan will be closed]
Wait for pressure to hit 760 Torr
Open load-lock → insert sample
Close load-lock and START turbo
Bake load-lock (Power ON black button) → wait 2 hours
Turn OFF bake → wait till temp < 100°C
Open the Load Lock to Buffer Bake Chamber Valve
Move your sample to buffer bake chamber
Close the Load Lock to Buffer Bake Chamber Valve
Start buffer bake with suitable receipeÂ
