Load your sample:
Turn ON Liquid Nitrogen valve:
Start heating:
Start the Growth
Change software index
Start RHEED
Ga Sr Cell PID:
Make sure
Close Ion pump
Start Nitrogen Flow:
Start Turbo Pump
Plasma Pre-check
Start N₂ Plasma
Adjust N₂ Flow
Start growth
Turning Off the System
Turn OFF Plasma:
Shut Valve 2 (N₂ cylinder):
Cool down cells:
Ga Sr Cell PID: v
Close Veeco N₂ valve
Switch Pump Status:
Turn OFF RHEED:
When all cells < 800°C:
Turn OFF phase separator (if no other samples)
Loading the Sample [LoadLock]
