Saturday, October 25 at the Georgetown Scout House.
The day will be split up by levels:
9:00am - Noon: Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors
11:00am - 2:00pm: Daisies and Brownies
1:00pm - 4:00pm: Juniors
All attendees should bring a refillable water bottle and wear comfortable clothing that can get dirty as well as closed-toe shoes. Lunch will be provided. Please email sagefrontiergsctx@gmail.com with any dietary restrictions no later than Sunday, October 19th.
The cost for this event is $10 per registered individual, Girl Scouts and adults. Each troop attending is required to provide their own safety-wise adults and your troop's Safety wise adults are responsible for carrying Health History forms for your troop's Girl Scouts. If an individual Girl Scout plans to attend without her troop, she must be accompanied by a registered adult. Tagalongs, non-Girl Scout siblings, and non-registered adults are not permitted.
Registration for this event closes on Friday, October 10th.
Girls will receive a fun patch after the event.
Payment must be submitted by Sunday, October 19th or registration will be canceled. Please submit one payment for your troop. Checks should be made payable to Sage Frontier Service Unit.
You can either drop off payment to our Treasurer's house (Info pinned on Slack #TroopTreasurers channel) Or you can use the payment links below. The payment links add the cost of the payment fees so are slightly more expensive.
