In the aftermath of the pandemic, I received a formal letter of recognition from the Western Oregon University's Provost's Office, acknowledging my contributions as an instructional technology specialist and faculty developer. This recognition highlighted my efforts in supporting faculty during the rapid transition to online learning, ensuring effective use of technology in course design, and promoting best practices in digital pedagogy.

I was nominated by my students for a Pastega Award for Excellence in Teaching, an accolade recognizing outstanding teaching performance. This nomination highlighted my dedication to delivering high-quality, impactful instruction and my commitment to fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment for students.

I was honored with the Faculty Recognition for Dedication to Equal Access and Opportunity by the Access Center at Washington State University. This recognition acknowledged my commitment to promoting accessibility and equal opportunities within educational environments, highlighting my efforts to create inclusive and equitable learning experiences for all students.

The John F. Helmer Professional Award recognized our project on Educational Escape Rooms and Text Games. We conducted a 3-hour virtual workshop for Alliance staff, teaching them to create educational games in collaboration with campus units or libraries. Participants could submit project proposals, with 5 receiving $300 stipends to develop their games. All materials, recordings, and resulting projects will be shared under a CC-BY license through the Alliance website.

I was awarded the TESOL Professional Development Scholarship, which supported my participation in professional development activities focused on advancing TESOL teaching practices. This scholarship provided valuable opportunities to enhance my expertise in language education and instructional design, contributing to my ongoing commitment to fostering innovative and effective teaching strategies in ESL and EFL contexts.

I received the Laurence J. Peter Memorial Graduate Fellowship in Teacher Education, an award that recognized my academic achievements and dedication to the field of teacher education. This fellowship supported my graduate studies and research, allowing me to further explore innovative teaching methods and contribute to the development of effective instructional practices.
