As a Co-Executive Producer, some of my responsibilities include: proofing the show or any packages before they air, always be willing to help others when it's needed, be a mentor to the new students, make sure the show is on track to being done in time, and overall to create a friendly and safe environment for all staff members.Â
My Amazing Fellow Staff Members
I'm so grateful that I get to work with such amazing and talented people in WTHS. Our weekly shows would not be possible without the teamwork my fellow staff members provide. The energy and dynamic of the class is amazing and unlike any other group I have been a part of at Tupelo High School. Throughout the past four years I've been in WTHS, I've been able to become friends with so many talented people who have been role models for me. They have each taught me so much and have helped me become the Journalist I am today! I am forever grateful for all of the people I've met and all the memories I've made in WTHS!

My Advisor
My advisor, Katrina Berry-Ivy, has taught me so much throughout these past four years. Since my Freshman year, she has consistently stayed patient with me and has trusted me with so many responsibilities. Without her, I would not be the Journalist I am today. She has been there through the good and bad times and each time she is there at not just mine, but everyone's side cheering and encouraging all of us. It can be a hassle with trying to make sure we are on track to getting the show up, teaching the new students the skills they need to know, and balancing everything else she does for our school. Ms. Berry does all of that with a smile on her face and a positive attitude every single day. I have learned so much from her and I will always strive to be as postive and encouraging as she is. WTHS would not be the same without her and her work ethic. Her love for the class and her students is so evident every single day. I'm so greatful to have been taught by her for so many years. Saying goodbye to not only WTHS, but Ms. Berry too, will be such a hard thing to do.
