Common questions
How do I edit medication information? Open a medication to view its details, then edit the name, strength, form, schedule, instructions, or refill information and save. You can also scan a label or document and review the extracted details before saving.
How do I manage reminders? Reminders are on-device notifications based on the schedule you confirm. You can change reminder times when editing a medication. Make sure notifications are enabled for Rx AI in iOS Settings.
How do I use AI scan? Open Scan to capture a medication label or provider document. The app extracts text such as the medication name, strength, form, schedule, and instructions. You review and confirm everything before it is saved. AI can make mistakes, so please double-check important details.
How do I use caregiver support? You can invite a family member or caregiver and choose exactly what they can see. You can change those permissions or remove a caregiver at any time.
How do I request account or data deletion? Email support.rxai@gmail.com with the subject line "Rx AI Data Deletion Request."
Is my information private? See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information or use your health data for advertising.
