Rx AI helps organize medication and health information. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, dosage recommendations, or emergency monitoring. Always follow guidance from your doctor, pharmacist, or care team.
What is Rx AI? Rx AI is an iPhone app that helps you organize medication information, set reminders, track refills, support caregivers, and prepare for doctor visits all in one place.
What does Rx AI do? It lets you scan medication labels and review the details before saving, set on-device reminders, keep refill information organized, build a doctor-visit summary, invite a caregiver with permissions you control, and look up plain-language reference information.
What does Rx AI not do? Rx AI does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, or dosage recommendations. It does not monitor your health, respond to emergencies, or replace your doctor or pharmacist.
Is Rx AI a medical device? No. Rx AI is an organizing and reminder tool, not a medical device.
Does the AI ever make mistakes? AI can make mistakes. That's why Rx AI shows you what it reads from a label or generates as a summary so you can review and confirm it. You stay in control.
Is Rx AI free? Rx AI version 1.0 is available free on the App Store.
Who is Rx AI for? Seniors, caregivers, adult children helping a parent, and busy adults managing multiple medications.
How do caregivers work? You can invite a caregiver and choose exactly what they can see. You can change those permissions or remove a caregiver at any time.
Is my information private? You decide what to enter and what a caregiver can see. Rx AI does not sell your personal information. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
Does Rx AI work without internet? Reminders are delivered on-device. Some features, like scanning and reference summaries, use a connection to process your request.
What devices are supported? Rx AI is built for iPhone.
