Rx AI is built around two ideas: keep your information organized, and keep you in control.
Rx AI helps organize medication and health information. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, dosage recommendations, or emergency monitoring. Always follow guidance from your doctor, pharmacist, or care team.
Safety first:
Not a medical device. Rx AI is an organizing and reminder tool, not a diagnostic or treatment tool.
No medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or recommend medication or dosage changes.
No emergency monitoring. Rx AI does not watch your health or respond to emergencies. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Review before saving. When a label is scanned, you review the details before anything is saved. AI can make mistakes you stay in control.
Always follow your care team. Use Rx AI alongside, not instead of, guidance from your doctor and pharmacist.
Your privacy:
You decide what to enter. Your medication and health details are yours.
Caregiver access is your choice. If you invite a caregiver, you choose what they can see and can change or remove that access at any time.
No selling your data. Rx AI does not sell your personal information.
For full details, read the Privacy Policy page on this site.
Honest about AI: AI features (label scanning and reference summaries) are helpers, not authorities. They can be wrong. Rx AI is designed so you always review and confirm important information yourself.
