WALL CLOUD, if organized, persistent, sustained rotation

HAIL, quarter size (1”) or greater, report the largest size

WIND GUSTS, 50 mph or greater, (measurement device)

FLOODING, flooding (roads, homes, or businesses)

STORM DAMAGE:

Damage to structures (roof, siding, windows, etc.)

Damage to vehicles (farm equipment, machinery) (hail or wind)

Trees or large limbs down

Power/telephone poles or lines down
