Prepare yourself by reviewing the appropriate units and unit summaries. You should pay particular attention to the Conversations, Grammar Focus points, and Word Power exercises. The quiz will also contain a short listening section and a short reading passage.
OBJECTIVE
The purpose of the quiz is not for to compete for the highest score; rather, the quiz will inform us (students and the teachers) about how well we learned the material and what material, if any, may need extra review and practice.
STRATEGY
Take about five minutes to look through the quiz, without answering any of the items. Make sure to understand the instructions.
Just listen the first time you hear the audio recording, and then listen and mark your answers during the second playing.

Each quiz has a total score of 25 points (25 correct answers are possible at 1 point each).
23–25 = A Excellent
20–22 = B Very Good
