Overview

This activity delivers a participatory housing development digital twin that enables local government planners, residents and assessment teams to identify and resolve development conflicts before a proposal proceeds. The activity narrows the focus to housing development. The digital twin integrates two-dimensional and three-dimensional urban data within NVIDIA Omniverse and addresses two complementary classes of development conflicts within a single, coherent prototype: visual and environmental conflicts, and construction access and prefabricated component delivery feasibility conflicts.
