Where to Get Help

What's my role?

As your course instructor, I am your first contact for help you need in this course. If something doesn't make sense, sounds confusing, or you'd just like more information, let me know. Use the Canvas Inbox or my Citrus email. If you're having difficulty using Canvas, let me know. But if you're experiencing technical issues, please see Canvas Assistance through the Canvas help link .

Seeking the help and support of others as needed is a strategy that has much to offer. A willingness to seek help in order to meet your goals is an important mindset to cultivate. None of us are all-knowing and we all have a variety of life experiences we bring with us to this class. Throughout the class I will use the class announcements to make you aware of workshops and other activities available through a variety of programs and services at Citrus College.
