Tournaments will be conducted using the Topple System:
Match Format-Any
Rotation-Losers Rotate
Time-Depends on the Tournament Type.
Special Rules-There will be no changes to the Arena Rankings as a result of matches.
This tourney format is simple; Registrants get in the lobby as soon as they can, the first registrant to come in is the Alpha and the second registrant is the Beta. The winner of a match becomes the Alpha, the next player to challenge the Alpha becomes the Beta.
The losers get eliminated from the tourney and kicked from the lobby and a new participant can come in to take their place.
Alphas pick the map but ready up first, Betas get to ready up second but they can attempt to adapt to the Alpha's ACs and map choice by implementing countermeasures, counter building or modifying an AC.
Tournaments are streamed on YouTube and Twitch and your performance will be public.
All participants must use the stream chats of YouTube or Twitch and communicate with the host through these chats, no other method of communication will be used.
When there are no more registrants to face, the remaining one becomes the victor.
If a Beta wins a round without eliminating an Alpha, the Beta loses the match.
If an Alpha wins a round without eliminating a Beta, the entire match must be repeated.
Pitfalls count as the opponent's elimination.
On special occasions, there maybe other tournaments with special restrictions, these will be announced in the Events created in the Discord Events Calendar description or in the Announcements on Discord.
