Title Fights works as a league, an asynchronous way to earn titles that measure your mastery with various aspects of AC combat and a way to earn cash prizes like in a tournament, but without the scheduling conflicts or forcing participants to choose which tournament to attend to. The league model can easily accommodate  for various  obstacles to participation, such as time zones, availability and scheduling conflicts. Everyone that joins the discord can participate.

To participate, you challenge someone holding a title to a duel and if you win you get that title.
The one who has the most titles at the end of the month wins the cash prize.
The cash prize  amount equals last month's Twitch channel revenue, so the more you and others support the channel, the greater the cash prize at the end of the month.

CONTENDING FOR A TITLE:

Browse through the various topics, each topic has a different challenge and a different title you can win.
Click on each topic you are interested in and read the Pinned📌 message to know who is the current Title Holder.

Once you identify who the Title Holder is  for the title you wish to contend for, you need to buy a Title Fights Entry Ticket from the Coral Shop, which is the Twitch channel's Channel Points store.  Channel Points do not cost money, they can only be  earned by watching the stream, click on the Coral Shop icon, scroll down and click How To Earn Coral for other ways to earn and further information. You must write the name of the title you are contending for in the ticket so it can be verified and kept track of, if you write the wrong name or do not write the name of the title, the ticket is void and a refund will be issued. The name of the ticket doesn't have to be exact, just as long as it is clear enough, for example you could be contending for the title Master Of Light Wave Blade IA-C01W2: MOONLIGHT but  you can just write down "moonlight" since this will make it clear what you are referring to, but you can't write something unclear like "waveblade" because there are two of those.

Once you buy the ticket you may post a challenge to the current holder of that title, remember that you can find out who it is by clicking on the Pinned 📌 comment, Reply to the newest pinned 📌 comment and post your challenge there, it is important that you Reply to them so they can get the notification that they are being challenged.
The Title Holder now has 24 Hours to respond to the challenge or forfeit the title to the contender.

If there are no current Title Holders, then it's awarded to the first Contender that claims it by posting after buying a Title Fights Entry Ticket at the Coral Shop.

VERIFYING THE LEGITIMACY OF THE CONTENDER:

The Title Holder must verify that the Title Contender has a Title Fights Ticket by tagging LuBaLu, the fight club host or by going to the Twitch channel with the Title Contender and witnessing the contender purchase a ticket, either one of these methods will work to check if the challenge was paid for. Challenges that are not paid for are invalid.
Both participants must have the pilot name or Steam name match their name on Discord and their pilot name or Steam name must be included in their Twitch name, so if someone's pilot name or Steam name is Rusty, their Twitch name can be something like Rusty2014, because it includes their pilot name or Steam name in their Twitch name.
If the names are not synced like this they can't contend or hold any titles and they automatically lose by default.

SCHEDUELING THE FIGHT:

After the Title Holder verifies the legitimacy of the challenge being issued by the Title Contender, the Title Holder must schedule a match within 24 hours of their response to the challenge, so if a Title Holder responds to the challenge at 9:30am, the duel will be exactly 24 hours from then, so at 9:30am the next day. This is necessary to prevent Title Holders from scheduling the duel right after they respond in hopes that the contender is not around.
If the title contender is late for the duel, they lose by default and must purchase another ticket in order to contend for that title again. If a Title Holder is late then they forfeit the title only if the contender is on time waiting. If they are both late then the Title Holder retains their title and the Title Contender loses their ticket.

Finally the Title Contender and Title Holder then have a duel (or a skirmish for teams) and the winner earns or keeps the title after posting their victory and tagging a moderator.

The Pickle Ping Clause: You can only have 1 active challenge at a time and the 24 Hour Challenge Cooldown only pertains against challenges to the  Title Holder that defeated you.

SCORING:

Each title held = 1 point
Registered in the Arena = 1 point
Registered as a Handler = 4 points
Every rank under yours in the Arena Rankins = 1 point each
Every rank under yours in the Squad Rankings = 4 points each
Special Titles = points depend on special title challenges described in the Title Fights forum.

CONDITION FOR VICTORY:

On the 1st day of every month, the Title Points are audited and whomever has the most points, by the last day of the month before midnight, wins, no ties, one must have more points than everyone else. Title points are carried month after month and are not lost unless a Title Holder vacates the title. Every participant that has at least 1 point must go to the Title Fights Score Board and put up their points score report upto date along with reporting the list of titles they currently hold. Title Contenders and Title Holders that do not have an accurate points score report lose by default, so anyone that is slacking is vulnerable to their opponents reporting them to a moderator, if the report is not accurate by the time it is checked, they lose the duel or skirmish by default.
