Challenge:

For Club Mahindra Holidays, India's largest resort network, RCI's partnership is a key benefit that they pitch to their prospective members. But many of the Sales Team members at Club Mahindra found it difficult to explain RCI's Vacation Exchange concept to their customers.

Solution:

Describe the Vacation Exchange concept in clear and simple language.

My role:

• I collaborated with the Marketing Manager for the project briefing

• Wrote the copy and designed an ebook

Project:

RCI launched its Live Chat help feature on RCI.com. This feature allows RCI members to directly chat with a RCI Travel Consultant for their queries.

Solution:

Though the brief was to create a promotion campaign, I also created a help document on how to use the new feature. The campaign included:

• A short promotion video

• Emailer

• Landing Page content
