Plan for Clean State Elections

This example will use Minnesota, a Democrat run state that scores very low on resisting election cheating.  For example, there is no required ID to vote and extensive early/absentee voting is allowed.

Recall, there are two main groupings of cheating in elections that have been observed over the last decade.

Two main groupings of election cheating

Group 1: Votes are altered or switched after being cast

1. Election Machines alter vote totals

2. Election workers alter or “cure” ballots

Minnesota uses election tabulators which have been demonstrated to be hackable, putting the vote tallies into question.  To stop this cheating, the GOP should:

Group 2:  Fraudulent or Counterfeit Ballots are cast and counted

1. Ballots are cast for non-existent people (on voting rolls)

2. People do not vote, but have ballots cast by others in their name

3. Ballots are cast/counted that cannot be linked to any voter on the rolls

4. People not eligible to vote (non-citizen, underage, moved away) cast a ballot

Group 2 contains the traditional methods used to steal elections.  The only way to stop it is transparency and observation by the major parties.  Challenge ballots that seem illegal.
