10 Year Financial Plan Working Group

The 10-Year Financial Plan Working Group will be tasked with developing a 10-Year financial model and analysis of different potential scenarios and solutions, under advisement of goals developed by stakeholder working groups, input from the Movers group, and input from the RTA Board. The primary objectives of the working group will be to establish: 

The projected longevity of existing federal relief funding 
The magnitude of annual operating shortfalls following the exhaustion of relief funding 
Offer a menu of options for re-achieving balance between expected revenues and expenses

Recommendations for recovery ratio reform

A scenario-based approach will be used to model potential solutions and recommendations, including but not limited to additional funding mechanisms, new ancillary revenue sources, ridership stimulation, and operating expense mitigation.
