Who we are

Rovia is a country founded based on Freedom, Democracy, Justice, and Equality, and still follows these immortal morals. Located in the Middle East, our values and culture are influenced by it heavily. Rovia was founded on the 16th of April 2021 by the Rovian Secessionist Movement, an organization of 5 with the intent of declaring Rovia a free country from its bordering sovereign states. Since the founding of Rovia, it has experienced many changes of government, transforming from a Kingdom to an Empire, and then dissolving on the 15th of October 2021, due to conflicts with the country of Yeshilova and the country of the UCCS taking a toll on the country. However, it was fated that Rovia would return from dissolution, and on the 26th of March 2022 the Second Rovian Empire was formed. On the 8th of January 2024, the first-ever constitution of Rovia came into effect, changing the government structure and establishing the State of Rovia.

 The nation has received increasing citizenship applications from abroad, and now about 16% of the population of Rovia consists of non-resident citizens, we are proud to say that anyone, no matter what, can apply for non-resident citizenship.
