The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is responsible for conducting diplomacy with other sovereign states, and either the Monarch or the Prime Minister have the power to grant diplomatic recognition of a sovereign state, whether in a treaty or in any other forms.
As of 2024, these are the sovereign states that have both recognized and have been recognized in turn by Rovia:
Ambassadors and Envoys
Ambassador to Italy.
Envoy to Marche, Italy.
Envoy to Alexandria, Egypt.
There are redirects attached to the names of our ambassadors and envoys, and to the sovereign states mentioned, and also to the organization known as the G.U.M., if you'd like to learn more about them.
