Foreign Affairs 

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is responsible for conducting diplomacy with other sovereign states, and either the Monarch or the Prime Minister have the power to grant diplomatic recognition of a sovereign state, whether in a treaty or in any other forms. 

As of 2024, these are the sovereign states that have both recognized and have been recognized in turn by Rovia:

• Kingdom of Blazdonia

• Empire of Huai Siao

• Socialist Republic of Kanazia
