Rovia becomes a full member in the Grand Unified Micronational!
The Rovian delegation to the GUM had applied recently to gain promotion from provisional membership to full membeship and the application succeeded on the 14th of April, 2024. This marks the start of a new delegation to the GUM, as now E. Fraild C., envoy to Porto Sant'Elpidio, Italy, has joined the delegation as the primary delegate and will be tasked to represent Rovia in upcoming quroum sessions. The Sultan will remain as a secondary delegate, only participating if E. Fraild C. can not attend.
