Fundraising for A Cause

Our club is committed to raising funds that support meaningful service projects and strengthen our community. Proceeds from our fundraisers help fund a variety of initiatives, including our scholarship program for Sycamore High School graduates who were active in the Interact Club and plan to continue serving their communities beyond high school.

In addition to supporting scholarships, fundraiser proceeds help make community-impact projects possible, such as our Little Free Library, Born Learning Trail, and Adopt-a-Classroom program. Past fundraising efforts have also enabled the club to provide donations to organizations including the DeKalb County Mobile Health Unit, Safe Passage, and the Spartan Food Pantry, allowing us to extend our impact throughout the community.

1.) I ordered online for pick-up. When can I get my attire?

Orders placed on/before October 9th can be picked up during the Sycamore Pumpkin Fest (October 21-October 25) at the Sycamore Rotaract Club booth. Any sales made after October 9th will be shipped.

2.) When can I expect to receive my shipped order?

Orders placed on/before October 9th are guaranteed to be delivered to your doorstep prior to Pumpkin Fest (October 21-October 25). You will receive an email when your order has been shipped.

3.) Where will the Rotaract Club Booth be located?

On North Maple Street near the Courthouse right next to the pumpkin display!

4.) Will I be able to purchase attire during the Festival?

YES! But sizing and inventory will be limited, and we may sell out!!

5.) How can I pay day-of for purchasing attire at the Festival?

We will take cash or credit card! *A Credit Card fee will apply.

6.) Can I make special requests to have the shirt ordered differently?

No. All apparel designs are final and cannot be customized or modified.

Pints for Pups!

Thank you for joining the Rotaract Club of Sycamore at our first Pints for Pups, event - a fun, dog-friendly outdoor market that brought together pet lovers and supported local nonprofits and businesses!

Proceeds from the event benefited several organizations making a difference across DeKalb County, including Tails Humane Society, Voluntary Action Center’s Meals on Wheels HomeBuddies Program, and local service dogs such as Duo Dog Laddie, the Facility Dog at the Family Service Agency of DeKalb County.

Salsa Night!

Our Salsa Night fundraiser was a night full of music, dancing, food & margaritas at Blumen Gardens! No dance experience required--a professional salsa instructor taught us everything we needed to know!

We even had Dirty Bird 815 bring some amazing chips and salsa balls! All proceeds will support our International Projects later this year.
