Birds and a Bee brings together a rainbow bee‑eater, a pink robin, and a bee, mounted in a selected piece of wood wood they are three suncatcher mosaics that cast shifting light and colour. This piece celebrates the joy of nature’s small wonders, inviting viewers to pause, notice beauty, and feel a moment of quiet connection.

'Red Flowering Gum' is a stained‑glass mosaic set into camphor laurel, created in honour of my father’s perseverance. In the 1960s, he spent twenty-one years and three plantings to grow a gum that finally bloomed red. A tree that still stands and blooms today. This work reflects his determination and my deep connection to home, celebrating native flora and the quiet stories carried through family memory.
