As a mosaic artist deeply inspired by nature, color, and emotion, I am passionate about creating works that reflect the vibrancy and stories of the world around us. From time to time, I choose to donate my art to community groups, wildlife carers, and causes that align with my values and resonate with my ethos. These unique, story-rich mosaics are created from the heart, with each piece flowing from within me and not as a response to external requests. I believe in letting the connection to a cause or group come naturally—so while I do not accept requests for donations, I am grateful to contribute when it feels truly meaningful and aligned with my vision.

Care4Esk - Eucalyptus Koala

This mosaic, titled Eucalyptus Koala, was created in support of Care4Esk, a dedicated local community group focused on the conservation of our native flora and fauna, with a special emphasis on protecting vulnerable species such as the koala and the brush-tailed rock wallaby. The green fur of the koala represents the essential relationship between these remarkable creatures and our iconic gum trees—the lifeblood of the koala's habitat.

The funds raised through the raffle of this piece were vital in supporting Care4Esk’s ongoing efforts, helping to cover the rising costs of fuel and contributing towards the purchase of mobile wildlife cameras. These cameras are crucial for quickly locating and providing timely care to sick koalas that enter the group's traps, ensuring they receive the help they need as swiftly as possible.

It was an honor to contribute to this important cause, and I hope this piece continues to inspire both care and action for the preservation of our local wildlife.
