Rosalind, Roz, serves as the Head of HR Compliance and Policy Enforcement at Goblin Corp, where she is responsible for ensuring all operations adhere to established guidelines—whether anyone likes it or not. With a distinctly corporate goth aesthetic and a near-zero tolerance for nonsense, Roz is known for delivering policy reminders with quiet intensity and very little patience. She spends a disproportionate amount of time addressing unauthorized postings, particularly those created by Flanders, which she removes with consistent efficiency. 

Between calls, Roz listens to pop punk at a volume that suggests it was, in fact, never a phase. While often perceived as cold or unapproachable, her work maintains critical structure within Goblin Corp, ensuring the system doesn’t collapse under unchecked chaos.
