F011 - Call Center Associate - Switchyard

"Yeah...it sucks."

Otis works within the Goblin Corp call center, though his exact role is loosely defined beyong "handling calls as needed." Known for his gruff demeanor and perpetually messy cubicle, Otis tends to keep to himself and approaches most situations with a noticeable level of irritation. 

While capable and experienced, he often leans into unhealthy coping habits rather than adressing stress directly, preferring to sit with his frustrations rather than working through it. Despite this, Otis is not entirely closed off - he has a quiet awareness of others' struggles and, in his own way, offers a form of solidarity. He may not help fix the problem, but he'll sit with you in it, even if he'd rather neither of you were there.
