Click the link below to go to Goblin Tools' teacher landing page and select "Communication Generator." Copy and paste the sentence frame below into the box that says "To start, describe what you want to say." Fill in the blanks with the information that is specific to your situation, then choose "Improvement." Feel free to include additional details you may feel necessary. Indicate if the recipient has any accessibility needs, then click "Generate Improvement."
On the right side of the screen, you will see the newly generated message, which, after proofreading and customization, can be sent to parents to celebrate the student's progress.
Sentence Frame:
I want to tell a parent that their child, [INSERT STUDENT NAME], has been struggling with [INSERT SCHOOL CONTENT] this week. They are struggling to focus and put in effort. I know they are capable, because they succeeded in [OTHER RELEVANT TOPIC]. [INSERT ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL INFORMATION]
