• Main Road Invoice for Seal Coat and Y Remediation (5/24/24)

Note - this invoice is ONLY for the work done on Main Road. The Green Road was billed an additional invoice for their repairs and seal coat. 

Civ. Code 845 expects that property owners maintain private roads "proportionately to the use made." The billing system utilized is where residents contribute amounts that are roughly proportional to the distance to their property. Details are TBD (e.g., zonal system vs. square footage & driveway vs. property boundary). This will be discussed during the January 26th, 2025 community meeting.
