Accessed from a passage between the two bedrooms this room is currently used as storage but is ready to be completed as a bathroom serving the two bedrooms. The pipe work and drainage are in place for connection to a shower and sink and the as well as a WC. Electricity supply for lighting and heated towel rail are also in place. Day light is provided by a light tube. Above this space, reached by a loft ladder, is additional storage and the mechanical ventilation unit for this end of the barn. Outside in the passage is space for additional storage.

With windows to the east and south this room is bright and airy and has access to the ensuite. The original beams above the bed show the date of construction of the barn on the face the date is marked as 1884, presumably when the beam was prepared and on top when the carpenter Emile Genet chiselled his name Mai 1887 presumably when the beam was put in place and joined to the other timbers.
The bedroom has room for a range of storage wardrobes and space to sit to catch the morning and afternoon sun. Wall lights, bed lights and a central chandelier allow you to light according to your mood and there are ample electricity sockets as well as telephone and TV outlets. If required there is a dedicated power supply for a room heater.
A doorway leads to the en-suite and the cupboard with the hot water tank and mechanical ventilation unit for this end of the barn.

Complete with multi-jet shower, wash basin unit and WC the ensuite also has a heated towel rail and space for additional storage. With exposed beams, dressed stone window surround and oak flooring the ensuite is both in keeping with the building and provides a modern facility.
