I am a learning strategist and designer who leads teams that create learning solutions for global brands such as Coca-Cola, FedEx, Ulta, and Nike. I excel at working with leadership, clients, project teams, and subject matter experts to align initiatives, strategy, and goals.
My ideal role includes teaming up with stakeholders to craft powerful learning experiences that captivate and resonate with learners. I welcome an environment that celebrates creativity, innovation, and fearless experimentation.
Delivering a workshop using mini-drones to illustrate how people can learn a new skill. This learning project won a company SPIRIT Award.
To design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning programs, I leverage a wide array of strategies, methods, and expertise:
Learning analysis
Strategic learning design
Learning personas
Learning journey maps
Learning objectives that map to desired business outcomes
Assessment strategies
Impact maps that measure the effectiveness of the learning
Instructional design of content: ADDIE, SAM, Action Mapping
E-learning development, micro-learning, mobile learning
Multimedia: visuals, infographics, animation, videos
Facilitator and participant materials
Training delivery
Coaching and mentoring programs
Tech platform integration: LMS, LXP, LCMS, vendor
For comprehensive learning programs, my approach is to facilitate ongoing virtual whiteboard sessions using collaboration tools such as Mural or Miro. The advantage of such a tool is that it can be shared and edited by all collaborators. Links to supporting material such as slides, documents, and media can be included for reference. It is an ideal roadmap for project meetings to keep teams grounded and focused on the work that matters most.
The goal is for leaders, stakeholders, designers, facilitators, and learners to work together to complete a detailed map of the phases, processes, and objectives of the program. This ensures that critical information and processes are not overlooked, and everyone has a clear picture of the plan and desired outcomes. As the map is being completed, work can begin for each phase. I have used this process with great success for many learning programs.
I helped design and implement a global, cohort-based development program that supports new people leaders. Through workshops, course assignments, and cohorts, participants learn how to empower their teams to do their best work, build team engagement, give and receive meaningful feedback, and create an inclusive environment. This program was rolled out to 30,000+ employees, resulting in high net promoter scores.

These interactive e-learning courses can be demonstrated over a live virtual meeting upon request.
Compensation Planning E-Learning
I built an e-learning course in Articulate Storyline to teach company managers about the Compensation Planning process. I also scripted and performed the narration.
Warehouse Management E-Learning
I developed a library of training simulations for warehouse management system end-users. It was developed in SAP Enable Now, and features "watch-it" and "try-it" modes for common system processes.
Software Training E-Learning
Using Visme, I created a scenario-based course for a UI configuration tool called Manhattan ProActive. The audiences are those responsible for customizing the software product for specific business processes.
Instructional Design 101 Presentation
I delivered this presentation to learning and development stakeholders, so they could better understand what instructional design is, and how we use it to create learning experiences.
How to Write Effective Learning Objectives Presentation
I delivered this presentation to the learning and development team about using action verbs and measurable outcomes to write learning objectives. I also created an information guide to go with the presentation.
SAP Enable Now Presentation
I delivered this conference presentation to a global audience about using SAP Enable Now (internally called Manhattan FastTrack) to create custom learning content using advanced features.
Information Guides for Learning & Development
I wrote the following short information guides to help internal audiences better understand various learning design topics. By empowering stakeholders with this knowledge, they were able to articulate their learning needs, and help the design team create more effective learning experiences.

Multi-Site Training Rollout Case Study
This 2-page case study describes a training rollout that I managed for 26 sites for Flowers Bakeries. I served as lead project manager as well as lead instructor for the duration of the rollout. The project demanded extensive travel planning, customization, and collaboration with the implementation team. Testimonial
The Drone Challenge Job Aid
I designed and delivered an immersive, hands-on workshop (photo at top of this page), using mini-drones to illustrate how people learn a new skill. Participants with no experience were coached on how to successfully fly a mini-drone by the end of the session. SPIRIT Award winner.
