An Everyday Story is a 2.5D Story-Driven Platform inspired by Little Nightmares and What Remains of Edith Finch in which you’ll explore the memories of an Italian-American artisan through the eyes of three little trinkets: a Bat Origami, a Tin Soldier and a Wooden Boat.
I was the original creator of the game and took care of all the aspects of the development, like a true good indie dev with zero budget and a big dream.
I wrote all the documentation for the project such as the GDD, LDD, multiple Asset Lists and Pitch.
I created the whole Level Design for the game and took care of its realization into Unity.
I was also in charge of all the business and public relationship tasks, pitching the game to publishers all over the world and speaking at international conventions as a host.
I now fully understand the development cycle of a Videogame, the importance of clear documentation, and Market research.
I learned how to efficiently convey a message and a design idea to my team, inspiring them while creating a positive work environment.
Additionally, I've gained a lot of knowledge in the Level and Narrative Design fields.
