As a business analyst, one of my strengths is in translating stakeholder needs into clear, structured requirements—especially through user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases.
In the Bakery Digital Transformation project, for example, I applied these techniques to define how each user would interact with the new Excel-based tracking system. From staff entering inventory data to the owner reviewing daily costs, I wrote concise user stories and associated acceptance criteria to guide solution design and iteration.
I also used simplified use cases to document each interaction—detailing what the user wants to achieve, the steps involved, and what happens under different conditions. These artifacts helped the developer and stakeholders maintain alignment throughout the rollout.
This clear, structured approach helped avoid ambiguity, build alignment, and support agile iteration.
